Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Lotus Sirius, we provide customized solutions to our customers' needs related to digital software, design, integration products and services. The following policy applies as all our products and services are customized to each customer's requirements:

 

1. Exchange Policy
As Lotus Sirius offers customized products and services, there is no exchange of any product or service purchased.
All products and services are customized for the customer and cannot be transferred to another customer or prospective customer.
In the case of software, products or services installed offline, the customer has the right to access only his/her own data.
Under no circumstances may a customer make any claim to data, source code or copyrights belonging to another customer.

 

2. Cancellation Policy
The Customer may request cancellation after the order has been processed; however, it is at Lotus Sirius' sole discretion whether or not to approve the cancellation.
Cancellation requests will be processed taking into account the expenses incurred by the company since the order was processed (e.g. software development, design work, integration costs, license fees and other expenses).
If the cancellation request is approved, there may be no refund or partial refund of the payment received from the customer.

 

3. Refund Policy
Since all products and services are custom-made for the customer, no returns are accepted.
In digital products, software, integrations and designs designed according to the specific needs of the customer cannot be used for another customer and therefore refunds are not possible.
In the event that the product or service has been used by the customer after delivery, no refund or cancellation request will be evaluated.

 

4. Special Circumstances in the Return and Cancellation Process
When the Customer requests any refund or cancellation, Lotus Sirius decides by taking into account such charges as
Online payment and banking commissions and other deductions,
Expenses incurred by the company since the first day of processing the order (for example, payments for third-party service providers, software license fees and other operational expenses).
Taking into account the aforementioned circumstances, in case of acceptance of any refund request, the reimbursement will take place after deduction of the expenses incurred to the client.
